Content Services for Lodging
Twenty customers from fourteen different travel agencies joined us for an all-day workshop. UX was invited to participate at this event, and with my guidance, we owned the planning and facilitating. Five of the nine scheduled events were UX lead engagements to capture feedback from our users. Activities I planned and facilitated included a hands-on “test drive”, a feedback session, a focus group, two card sorts and magazine cover exercise. The activities and conversations were valuable and provided validation and direction, but more importantly, we built trust with our customers.
