Hotel Supplier Content Portal

During this two-day workshop, we applied concepts from Design Thinking to better understand our users’ goals and needs. We started with current pain points and expanded on the opportunities to generate big idea vignettes and user objectives for the new portal. We then prioritized based on feasibility and impact to users to help shape the roadmap for our product team. For this workshop, I worked with the product manager to developed the goals of the workshop, then planned and lead the facilitation of the activities.
